Dr. Joshua Luke Akers, a dedicated nurse anesthetist whose career spans over 12 years in the medical field. From the start, Joshua has been driven by a genuine passion for medicine, a deep care for people, and an unwavering commitment to personal growth—values that naturally drew him toward entrepreneurship as a way to broaden his impact.
After earning his degree from Indiana University in 2018, Joshua sharpened his clinical expertise in high-acuity intensive care settings at the Cleveland Clinic, where precision, calm under pressure, and thoughtful decision-making became second nature. Along the way, he continued challenging himself academically and professionally, culminating in the completion of his doctoral degree from the University of Akron in 2025. With a disciplined mind shaped by years of clinical practice and advanced study, Joshua has set his sights on transferring his skillset into real estate investing—a field he approaches with the same integrity, analytical rigor, and commitment to excellence that defined his medical career. Before focusing full-time on real estate investing, Tenny built a strong technical and analytical foundation in cybersecurity, providing professional services for industry leaders such as Boeing and Deloitte. This blend of technical acumen and investment expertise equips him with a unique perspective on risk assessment, strategic analysis, and operational due diligence.
